Session Description:

The focus of this training session is to show the small business owner how to build an effective interview/hiring system that helps them find the right people for their business. All business owners have made mistakes in the hiring process and all of those mistakes were costly; some more than others.  Many of these costs are hidden and owners do not see the actual costs of these errors.

Because a small business owner is almost always stressed for time, hiring processes are overlooked or rushed through.  Some of the unintended consequences of a bad hire may be:
